Karbon Invest partners with Crypho AS

Karbon Invest are excited to announce a definite agreement with shareholders and founders of Crypho to become the largest owner of the company through a private placement. Crypho is a Norwegian technology company delivering a complete end-to-end encrypted SaaS communication and file-sharing platform for public organizations and private companies.

Crypho’s customer base encompasses numerous large critical public organizations with strict security requirements. As an example, Crypho is used daily by selected Norwegian hospitals, enabling effective and secure patient dialogue. Patients can let their cars stay at home and save both time and the environment by communicating with nurses or doctors through chat or video.

Other users of the Crypho platform includes Norwegian municipalities, energy companies and the Norwegian Police, which have strict requirements with regards to security and effective communication.

Karbon Invest will have approximately 35% ownership following the transaction.
